Use of the app
Avolira is a beauty-focused social platform where users can create profiles, publish image and video posts, follow other creators, comment on content, use boost-related features, and interact with beauty content through discovery and search tools.
Accounts and profiles
You are responsible for the information you choose to place in your profile, including your username, avatar, and bio. You agree not to impersonate others, mislead the community, or use the app in a way that interferes with the experience of other users.
User content
You retain responsibility for the photos, videos, captions, tags, comments, and other content you submit to Avolira. By posting content, you confirm that you have the rights needed to share it and that it does not violate law or the rights of others.
Community standards
You agree not to post, upload, or engage in content or conduct that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, threatening, sexually exploitative, hateful, or otherwise harmful. Avolira may restrict, remove, or review content or account activity that appears inconsistent with community safety.
Social features
Avolira includes follows, likes, comments, profile viewing, creator discovery, and reporting or blocking tools. You agree to use these features respectfully and not to misuse reporting, harass others, or attempt to manipulate engagement within the app.
Coins, purchases, and boosts
Avolira includes coin-based features and content boosting tools. Coins may be acquired through in-app purchases and used within the app experience. Purchases are processed through platform billing systems and are also subject to the terms of the applicable app marketplace.
Virtual items and app-based balances are for use within Avolira, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be transferred outside the app except where required by law.
Intellectual property
The Avolira app, brand presentation, and app materials are owned by or licensed to the Avolira team. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or exploit the app or its materials beyond normal personal use of the service.
Account suspension or removal
We may limit access to the app, remove content, or restrict accounts where necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, address misuse, or respond to legal obligations. You may also choose to delete your account through the app’s account management tools.
Disclaimers
Avolira is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or any particular level of reach, visibility, or engagement for user content, including boosted content.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Avolira team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, your content, user interactions, or purchase-related activity.
